Every time I am attended by one of the front desk ladies at Ryan Park location, I think twice about coming back but I stay because of their clinical staff. The woman with a tight bun at the front desk looks like she hates her job, she never welcomes you to the office, the first thing she tells me every time is “did you complete your registration.” I have complained about her customer service in the office before but it looks like the problem has not been corrected. There is always a negative attitude and tone of voice, you can literally see her colleagues are uncomfortable next to her. I forget her name it starts with a C? She’s just awful. Is this who you allow to represent Capital Area Pediatrics?
