Anjali S. Vekaria MD is a board-certified dermatologist and founder of Lumera Dermatology.

Dr. Vekaria received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia. She pursued her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia, followed by a research fellowship and dermatology residency from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City. She has overseen over 40 clinical trials for new medications treating eczema and psoriasis and has also authored several peer-reviewed articles in her field. She has since furthered her expertise with a hair loss fellowship. Dr. Vekaria is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology. Patients consistently recognize Dr. Vekaria as a top dermatologist in Alpharetta, GA, with her commitment to ongoing education and her thorough treatment approach for her patients.
