Bryce is a board-certified genetic counselor who strives to increase access to genetics education to empower patients to use genetic information to make informed personal and medical decisions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Southern Arkansas University, a Master of Science in Genetic Counseling from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, and a graduate certificate in Industry Genetics & Genomics from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. While obtaining her Master’s degree, she completed additional training in neurodevelopmental conditions through the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) program.

Bryce is passionate about increasing access to genetic services in routine fertility care. She previously worked in a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility clinic where she, alongside one other genetic counselor, started the genetics program to provide guidance for families pursuing fertility workup and care. At that time, she also worked in the embryology lab, which gives her valuable insight and understanding of the process behind the scenes — from egg retrievals to embryo transfers.

Bryce also has extensive experience in laboratory genetics, which gives her in-depth knowledge of different genetic testing technologies and interpreting genetic testing results. During her time in an academic genetic testing lab, she gained expertise in neurofibromatosis and schwannomatosis — a focus of much of the research she has contributed to.
