Sara is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Board Certified Counselor (NCC) who joined CBI in 2023.  She has over a decade of experience working with teens and adults in multiple treatment settings.  Sara completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Pennsylvania State University, and then went on to complete the Community Counseling Masters program at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2010. She has provided therapy in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Sara is incredibly passionate about the transformative power of therapy in helping clients realize their potential and life goals. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a strong emphasis on mindfulness and wellness. She especially enjoys working with young adults, trauma survivors, and women struggling with perinatal disorders
