FAQ

Password FAQ:

What should I do if I forgot my Treatspace password?

  1. If you forgot your Treatspace password and your Treatspace account is associated with an email address, you can click the “Forgot password?” link on the Treatspace sign-in page (Treatspace.com/signin). Treatspace will then email you instructions for resetting your password.

  2. If you forgot your Treatspace password and your Treatspace account is not associated with an email address, you need to notify the Treatspace Administrator at your practice that your password needs to be reset. The Administrator should then email support@treatspace.com with the subject “Password Reset Request.” The email should specify the name of the individual whose password needs to be reset. Treatspace will then send an email to the Administrator with instructions for resetting the password.

What should I do if I’ve been locked out of my account for attempting to log-in too many times?

  1. If you’ve been locked out of your account for attempting to log-in too many times, you can reset your password by clicking the “Forgot password?” link on the Treatspace sign-in page. If you do not have an email address, please follow the steps in Question 1 to have an Administrator at your practice reset your password for you.

How can I change my password?
